STEPHEN STILLS IS GREETED AFTER EXITING THE SPECTRUM STAGE WITH CROSBY, STILLS and NASH
CROSBY, STILLS & NASH: THE SPECTRUM (JUNE 21, 1977)
Stephen Stills, wearing a Perrier Sparkling Water shirt, heads backstage after a performance. I was standing on a trunk when I shot this. In the right foreground, “Angie,” a Philadelphia stagehand, enjoys a cigarette before the move-out begins and the crew dismantles the CSN setup and packs away the gear.
Electrical cables were everywhere during shows, as seen in the upper-right. The magenta stage lighting (upper center) adds some desperately needed color to the dismal backstage illumination. This photo typifies what goes on behind-the-scenes after a show.
