NCAA CHAMPIONSHIP GAME TICKET: THE SPECTRUM (March 29, 1976)

After the game I stood next to Bobby Knight as he and John Havlicek hugged. I got a program signed by them and a few of the Indiana players. Scott May and Quin Buckner among them. My friend and changeover crew co-worker, Clem DiBattista, got the entire Indiana team to sign his program. The Michigan dressing room had a large poster, featuring images of all the Indiana players on it.

I was given six sets of tickets as souvenirs after the tournament by NCAA representatives; most were for the press and a few were for the players’ schools. I still have the complete sets. Press tickets had “PRESS” printed on them.
