SPECTRUM ARENA LABOROER AND FORKLIFT DRIVER BOB HUFF (1977)

Four full-time union laborers (Local 57) worked at the Spectrum Arena, splitting the day shifts and evening shifts. Bob Huff is pictured sitting on a Towmotor forklift. The fumes from these vehicles stunk out the place. The forklifts were mainly used for assisting with loading and unloading trucks and transporting the insulated floor that covered the hockey ice. Bob Huff was a heavy smoker, who squinted his eyes often to avoid the  cigarette smoke. © roger barone 1976
